Configuring the Purchase History Control

The Purchase History control allows the constituent to view his/her purchase history and print a history of his/her orders. See Configuring the Web Settings for the Purchase History Control for more information on how to drop this control onto a page on your e-Business website.

Note.gif The Purchase History control does not require any additional back office configurations. All data displayed in this control is based off your constituent's information.

Note.gifUsers are unable to pay open balances on this control. They are only able to view their purchase history. If you want your users to be able to pay their open orders from this page, drop the “My Order Balance” control onto this page. See Configuring the My Order Balance Control for more information.
